Yes, you can post an encrypted link on the MLS or any marketing web site and allow buyers or buyers agents to download the offer forms, disclosures, and directions. When the forms are completed the buyer can submit the offer and upload the signed documents directly to your Taza|REO account. You will receive an email for each complete offer submitted.
