EMAIL TRACKING - Can I automatically track and store emails with your system?
TAZA|REO will synchronize your team and organize every email automatically. All emails and attachments will automatically be filed under the specific property address folder in the online document management portal and a Journal will be created for that email as well. You will have a complete history of your emails for every asset. Enabling you to track, send and save emails with TAZA|REO or using ANY email provider, Outlook, Yahoo.com, Gmail.com, etc. all producing the same results. Every email sent or received is filed away under each property for everyone in your team to access online anytime.
OFFERS - Can buyers submit offers online?
Yes, you can post an encrypted link on the MLS or any marketing web site and allow buyers or buyers agents to download the offer forms, disclosures, and directions. Upon completing the forms and directions the buyers will fill in a comprehensive online offer web page to capture the important offer details. When the forms are completed the buyer can submit the offer and upload the signed documents directly to your Taza|REO account. You will receive an email for each complete offer submitted. Eliminate the faxes, phone calls and incomplete offers while going paperless. EXPENSES - Can I track expenses?
Yes. TAZA|REO allows you to track all of your expenses for each REO property. With TazaREO, comprehensive, real time expense reports for every aspect of your business are right at your fingertips. Manage REO owners, vendors and individual properties with ease. TazaREO will also allow you to instantly determine how much money you owe your vendors and how much money your clients owe you. But the most popular feature according to our Brokers is the expense exporting feature. Imagine being able to export all of your expenses to your particular accounting software with a click of your mouse.
Can I transfer my expense data to other programs?
Yes. TAZA|REO has a built-in expense exporting feature that allows you to quickly move data to your particular accounting software almost effortlessly. This feature is a favorite among subscribing brokers.
TASKS – Does TAZA|REO allow me to manage tasks?
Yes. With TAZA|REO you can create, assign and monitor tasks from anywhere in the world with just a few clicks of your mouse. What used to take hours of precious time now only takes minutes!
How does it work?
Tasks can either be assigned one at a time or TAZA|REO can automatically create tasks for each status based on client-specific templates. This means that you and your team will always be aware of existing tasks without having to log onto the bank portals. In fact, tasks can be sent right to a person's email.
NOTES – Can you date stamp notes?
Yes. All notes and journal entries are date-time stamped in order to ensure document integrity. Optionally, you can associate any note or journal entry with a specific REO, task, or resource. This saves you time by allowing you to send emails that already have asset numbers and addresses attached to them.
REMOTE ACCESS – Am I able to access Taza REO remotely?
Yes. TAZA|REO is built on the idea that your REO portfolio should be as mobile as you are. This means that you can access Taza REO from anywhere on the planet from any desktop computer or laptop with an internet connection.
SECURITY – Is my information Safe?
Yes. TAZA|REO management software utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access our site using Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization. Your data will be completely inaccessible to your competitors.

PHOTOS and DOCUMENTS – Can TAZA|REO manage my photos and other documents?
Yes. This technology has never been available to REO Agents until now! We allow you to store your pictures, documents and files on our secure servers so you can have access to them anytime or anywhere you want. Photos can be quickly and accurately managed from the field or the office, by any authorized user. You will never have to email photos again! Creating PDF photo addendums is a one click process
What is a Media Link?
Media Link is a function of TAZA|REO that provides you with direct online access to your most recent forms, photos and files. Simply put a link on your Web site or blog in order to allow buyers to view and download relevant content, photos or marketing material. If you can think it, you can link it. This is an innovative, powerful marketing tool and exclusive to Taza REO.
Does TAZA|REO allow me to resize photos?
Yes. TAZA|REO management software allows you to resize your photos easily. You can copy images from your camera to a folder or simply drag and drop images to where you want them. You can even resize entire folders of images simultaneously with just one click. That's right...one click.
Can I create sub folders?
Yes. TAZA|REO automates the creation of your REO sub folders with fully customizable folder templates. The moment you enter a new REO into TazaREO your folders are organized automatically.
What is the easiest way for my vendors to send me documents?
TAZA|REO can send an email "bucket" for your vendors or employees to drop invoices, photos, bids, or any other documents you can think of. It doesn't get any easier than that! You are in complete control of the bucket privileges. With these privileges, you can send a bucket with full, limited or no access to your REO information; you have complete control.
TRANSITION – What do I have to do?
All you have to do is provide us with your REO data in a digital format such as Microsoft Excel (.xls) and our professional implementation team will do the rest. We can have your customized Taza REO system up and running in as little as one to five days.
I am switching from another system. Can my information be transferred to Taza REO?
Yes. If you are using another system , our implementation team will show you how to easily export your information in about five minutes.
UPDATES and DEVELOPMENT- How often is TAZA|REO updated?
TAZA|REO Management Software is frequently updated and new versions are deployed often; sometimes every month. We are constantly implementing new and useful features without drastic changes to the core system. As a result, your Taza REO system will NEVER become obsolete.
How do I receive updates?
When we update our online software, you simply open a new web browser and your system will automatically be updated. It is that easy. No more outdated desktop software. No more lengthy downloads. Just simple, integrated convenience.
COST - How much does TAZA|REO cost
We are dedicated to providing you a reasonable pricing program that fits your individual operation. We offer different pricing options including packages based on the number of REOs you are currently working with or even a flat monthly fee. There are no “licensing” charges or hidden fees. Don’t be stuck buying licenses, installing software, supporting a server and paying IT personnel. When the life cycle has completed for your assets you can certainly leave the files and data in Taza for free. TAZA|REO will map your REOs. With one click you can check the traffic on the way to your properties or multiple properties, making the most of your time. The satellite imagery provides a great overview of your portfolio.
